Director of Multi-Channel Development Marks & Spencer Susan Aubrey-Cound has worked in retail marketing for 18 years. After graduating from Art College and then Durham University (Psychology), Susan started as a buyer/merchandiser in Womenswear mail order before moving into marketing at BAA airport retail (Duty & Tax Free). After launching the BAA e-commerce shopping and loyalty platform, she moved to Moss Bros as Managing Director before joining M&S as Head of Marketing in 2001. After various roles in M&S Marketing, she became Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman, Sir Stuart Rose in January 2008. Susan was promoted to Director of Multi Channel Development in August 2009. |
