What’s new for 2012 at the World Retail Congress?
To help bring to life some of the latest ideas and technologies influencing the in-store, on-line and m-commerce consumer experience, the World Retail Congress is adding a special Customer Experience Lab zone within the networking area. This will provide delegates with an opportunity to see and learn about the most cutting edge developments but will become an open workshop space during the Congress Business Stream sessions.
