At the 2019 Congress, OC&C presented their report on High Velocity Retail and what then were the winning retail business models. Three years on and against the background of massive change brought about the pandemic, OC&C have revisited their study and engaged with retailers around the world to produce a new detailed study and analysis on the shape of retail that determines success as the pandemic recedes but the world accelerates ever-faster.
