A lot has happened since COVID first surfaced more than two years ago and retailers have had to adapt both to the challenge of fewer physical shoppers and a shift in consumer habits. We look at how the landscape has changed in retail and what it means for new stores that have appeared across the world. On balance, there are still many positives to take from the reactions of shoppers and retailers.
