Emily is the CEO of Looper Textile Co, a circularity solutions provider to retailers and municipalities. Looper collects and sorts used and unwanted garments, to enable reuse and recycling.

Prior to Looper Textile Co., Emily was the Head of Commercial, Advisory and Strategic Partnerships for H&M Group. She also served on the Board of Directors of Worn Again, a technology company developing solutions to enable textile-to-textile recycling of blended fibers.

Bolon received an MBA from the Harvard Business School, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and an undergraduate degree from Brown University. She has spent the past 20 years living and working in the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Brazil, Italy, and the United States.  She is now based in Sweden.
