Born and raised in the French Alps, , Fouad joined Decathlon in 2019 as E-Commerce Chief Technology Officer after 15 years of experience in various IT positions in FinTech (BNPP Group, ING France, Orange Bank). Because he proved to be a relationship-builder and effective in decision-making, with the ability to influence and interact in cross-functional teams across our teams distributed in 60 countries, he recently took on the role of Global Chief Technology Officer of Decathlon. Established the most successful relationship between the company’s business and technology, through leading and guiding strategy, building the right organization, operating models and processes, and through making major decisions and executing them.
