Jenny is a Partner in the London office of The Boston Consulting Group and was previously in the London office.

She is a core member of the Retail Practice. She has 13 years of consulting experience and has led retail programmes in the UK, US, Eastern Europe and North Asia.

Jenny has worked with some of the largest global retailers in Grocery and Health and Beauty, and is an expert in Commercial and Digital topics.

Jenny's BCG project experience

•Lead large category reset programme for leading UK food retailer, including category strategy, space planning, planogram development, price investment, supplier negotiations, stock management and in store landing

•Lead programme to harmonize grocery ranging across four eastern European markets

•Lead large COGS program in two Health & Beauty / Pharmacy businesses, plus one in DIY, including tendering processes for OTC drugs

•Ran end to end supplier collaboration programme for retail business, to achieve end to end cost benefits with own label food suppliers

•Developed food supply chain vision for leading UK food retailer, including forecasting accuracy, demand planning, logistics planning and retail workforce scheduling

Prior work experience

•Prior to BCG, Jenny worked at PwC Strategy in their retail M&A team, supporting clients on commercial due diligence

•Jenny was also a founding Partner of a boutique strategy consultancy firm, that worked with five key clients in retail and own label food manufacturing

•Jenny holds a Masters of Arts degree in English Literature, from the University of Oxford

•While studying, Jenny's holiday and weekend jobs were in retail stores
