She has covered growing responsibilities in Kraft Foods, leading FMCG company, with key roles in Marketing, Sales and General Management, during a career of 20 years, across different categories and key brands, and managing several restructurings and business re-engineering.
She has spent the last 8 years in Bose, leading company in High End Consumer Electronics, where she has covered several roles, managing countries, driving business turnaround, and taking growing responsibilities in Regional and Global roles.
She is now the Head of Bose Global Retail Direct, managing Bose Direct stores globally and guiding a diverse and multi-culture team.
She is currently leading a material Retail Transformation for Bose, to allow this key touchpoint to play a substantial role for Bose Corporate Strategy. New Bose Retail leverages memorable in store product experiences, with a powerful mix of Human, Physical and Digital components, and Data, to know more and more Bose customer in a controlled environment, with a relevant Retail Digital Transformation. The objective is creating an effective blended space, attractive for new generations and exploiting online 2 offline seamless connections to pull customers to Retail stores and allow massive customer acquisition.
