Suzanne Santos has played an integral role in Aesop’s development since its establishment in Melbourne in 1987, having been consistently involved in critical aspects of the company’s evolution—first in Australia, and then across the globe.
As Chief Customer Officer, Suzanne is responsible for maintaining—and advancing—the unique customer experience Aesop has built for more than 35 years. In partnership with the Retail team, she travels the world to help consultants create intimate connections with customers. A tireless advocate of Aesop’s products and values, she ensures the brand’s exacting standards are met in every market old or new. Her focus is on making every customer interaction a memorable experience, despite the challenges posed by the company’s growth.
Prior to meeting Aesop’s founder, Dennis Paphitis, and joining the company at its inception, Suzanne alternated between university studies and raising her two children. Her extracurricular interests range from the politics of food and its distribution to the development of collaborative support mechanisms within communities.
