Thibaut Munier is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of numberly (1000mercis Group). After a research conducted on loyalty marketing and data mining for the leading European Airline Company Airfrance-KLM, he discovered its passion for data marketing and how companies can become data rich through digital channels, and why programmatic CRM is the new future for retention marketing. For over 20 years, he has been working on leveraging machine learning for digital marketing in multiple contexts, from retail to CPG and luxury goods. His current areas of interest are People Based Marketing and incrementality through programmatic media.
Thibaut is a frequent speaker at Stanford, DataLead (Berkeley-ENSAE), AppNexus Summit and Switzerland Watch Marketing conferences. Thibaut is a graduate of the EM Lyon Business School, holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Research in Database Marketing from the University of Dauphine in Paris.
