These forms are compulsory for Bespoke Stands and must be submitted by 5th April. Failure to do so will result in your stand build being delayed onsite.
All forms must be approved by the organiser and venue.

All information regarding deliveries & collection and loading & unloading can be found here.
Please inform Tashika Udi-Thomas if you are planning to arrange deliveries/collection for your materials by Friday 5th April.

Should you need any of the below services, you can order these via Showcase AVi, our official contractor, they will be on hand to answer any enquiries and orders for your space/POD and all orders must be placed by Wednesday 27th March. Please contact Ben Collings at Showcase.

We do not recommend that you rely on the venue's free Wi-Fi for your stand or meeting room, as we cannot guarantee the speed of the internet once everyone is connected.

Catering Order: Wednesday 27th March

All food and beverages for consumption at your stand or meeting room must be purchased from the venue, outside catering is not permitted.

Accommodation: 18th March
We recommend booking a room at Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile before 18th March. After this date, the rooms will be dependent on hotel availability.
If you require minimum 10 rooms for your delegation, please contact Feriel.Allik@hyatt.com as soon as possible.
Artwork/Presentation Deadlines
Digital Ad- Please submit your content for your digital advert by Wednesday 27th March
Lounge- Please submit your artwork for your lounge by Wednesday 27th March
Sponsored Event (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)- If you would like to have presentation during your event, please upload your PPT presentation by Tuesday 2nd April to the dropbox WRC folder WRC presentations.
Start up Pods- Please submit the artwork for your Start up Pod by Monday 1st April
