Hilton Evacuation Plans

At the Hilton we are committed to ensure safety compliance. We ask for your co-operation to ensure safety is maintained.

• Smoking incl. vaping is prohibited in all internal areas of the building. Smoking is permitted only outside of the hotel, on both end sides of the driveway located at the back entrance of the hotel.
• No coffee/drinks/glasses to be taken outside the conference area.

Fire alarm

• Means of escape from the premises
• Sound of the fire alarm is an announcement with siren. Banqueting Team will assist with the evacuation through the nearest emergency exit.
• 1. Fire assembly point is located at the Intercontinental Hotel at Park Lane.
• 2. Do not stop to collect personal belongings.
• 3. Do not use passenger lifts.
• 4. Follow the London Hilton Team direction to the fire assembly point located.
• 5. Remain at the fire assembly point until directed otherwise. 

Personal Evacuation Plan:

We understand that many disabled people will be able to leave the building unaided; however, some may require assistance. Therefore, we would like to offer you the opportunity to have a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) in order to ensure that you can leave the building safely in the event of an emergency.
