If you have a private meeting room, you will be able to access your meeting room from 07:00am on Monday 12th May, and you will have full tenancy of your meeting room until 19:00 on Wednesday 14th May.
Each meeting room comes with a plasma screen & HDMI connection, but you will need to provide your own lap tops.
The meeting rooms are located on Level 4 of the Hilton, and World Retail Congress have exclusive hire of this floor.
There is a lounge area located on level 4 with complimentary teas & coffees throughout the duration of the event.
There is complimentary wifi in each of the meeting rooms, however, if you wish to show demos which rely on the internet, we recommend your ordering wifi through the contact details below.
There is a small screen outside of each meeting room which we can display your company logo. No other external branding is allowed in the hallways, so if you would like to bring additional branding this will need to be placed inside your meeting room.
