We are living increasingly in an age where all of us have access to more information than ever before via more channels than ever imagined. But what it is doing is changing the dynamic by which retailers interact with consumers. One of the biggest social impacts is the rapidly declining attention span coupled with an ever-harder battle to win that attention in the first place. This is felt most acutely in-store but also online. What does this all mean and what can be done to connect in this age of mass distraction”.
