Andrea Dorigo is a global retail executive with more than two decades of management experience across different industries. He currently serves as Senior Vice President Global Retail for Adidas, where he is responsible for the company retail channel with over 2000 owned and operated stores across markets and banners.
Prior to joining Adidas in January 2023, Andrea was head of global retail for the Estēe Lauder Companies in New York. A graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, he started his career as management consultant at McKinsey & Co in Italy and then joined Luxottica (now EssilorLuxottica) taking leadership roles of increasing responsibility in Europe and North America, eventually becoming president of its North America wholesale division and then global president for the Oakley brand. He also worked for Brooks Brothers where he was president of North America and CMO.
Before joining Estēe Lauder he led the turnaround of a premium specialty retailer of kitchen, bath and outdoor fixtures and appliances for L-Catterton private equity.
Andrea is a passionate people leader with strong focus on retail excellence and customer centric store design. He considers himself a lifelong student of retail with a keen attention to the seismic changes the sector has undergone in recent years.
