Cathy Sparks is the VP of Nike Direct EMEA at NIKE, Inc., where she is responsible for Nike’s direct-to-consumer business, comprising Nike's physical stores, Nike.com and Nike apps in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining the EMEA team in October 2020, she was the Global VP/GM of Nike Direct Stores and Services, leading the strategic direction, concepts development, and consumer-facing services across the global Nike Store landscape with a focus on delivering premium performance products, elevated service and consumer experiences.

Sparks joined Nike in 1996 at Niketown Portland as a store athlete. She has held a variety of senior leadership roles at Nike, including the Retail Director of Korea and GM of DTC for Emerging Markets. She was also the VP/GM of Nike Stores for North America.

A Virginia native and graduate of Elon University, Sparks and her husband have a ten-year-old daughter and reside in the Netherlands.
