Chris Aubrey
Chris is a senior executive leader with over 30 years of experience creating and operating innovative global retail concepts and experiences across the world’s most influential consumer markets. He is recognised for building omnichannel businesses from the ground up and for delivering sustained double-digit growth for some of the world’s most iconic brands.
Chris began his career at JD Sports before spending nearly a decade at adidas, where he led global retail and marketing teams during a period of intense growth and brand reinvention. At adidas, he was instrumental in redefining the in-store experience across global markets, shaping the intersection of sport, culture, and commerce to build deeper emotional connections with consumers.
He went on to hold senior executive roles at Samsung, Dyson, Canada Goose, and Jaguar Land Rover. At Dyson, he pioneered the brand’s direct-to-consumer physical retail strategy and developed immersive store formats that set new standards for customer experience and retail innovation. Most recently at Jaguar Land Rover, he has been leading a transformative shift in how Jaguar shows up physically, reimagining the retail network to create an elevated experience that delivers on the brand’s promise of “Copy Nothing”.
Chris is known for his ability to combine strategic vision with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, brand storytelling, and commercial performance. With a collaborative and people-first leadership style, he has built and led high-performing global teams and delivered transformational change during periods of rapid disruption and evolution.
