Chief Client Officer, Tory Burch

Francesca Danzi is a customer experience and retail transformation specialist, with 20 years experience in top luxury brands and agile marketing and communication agencies. One of the leaders of the Burberry transformation, she led the elevation of the global retail network and the creation of innovative omnichannel experiences that turned Burberry into one of the world’s most admired and connected luxury brands.

In 2015 Francesca founded Danzi Consulting to help fashion and luxury organizations rethink the retail experience for the digitally connected customer, embracing digital transformation and customer centricity. With her consultancy’s distinctive expertise at the intersection of luxury and technology, Francesca led successful projects for clients to the likes of Bulgari, Estee Lauder, Saint Laurent and Tory Burch. In the same period, she collaborated with Deloitte Digital as Associate Director and led a multi-channel transformation project for one of their FTSE 250 luxury clients.

Having been an active member of the London Tech Advocates group as well as board advisor of a number of retail and fashion tech start-ups like Cheerfy.com and Modist.co, Francesca is greatly placed to advise brands on how to utilise technology and data to power human interactions and enhance the customer experience in the luxury space.

In July 2018 Francesca joined Tory Burch as Chief Client Officer, in charge of driving customer centricity across the organization, developing a branded and consistent client experience across channels and geographies.

Inspirational conference speaker, Francesca has recently conducted guest lectures at Regent’s University as well as talks for the Spanish Adigital organization and Apple Retail.
