Henry Fovargue co-leads BCG’s Climate & Sustainability work globally in for the retail industry. He has worked with retailers and CPGs globally on sustainability issues including decarbonization of supply chains (fleet, refrigeration, regenerative agriculture), food waste, circularity, and sustainable business model innovation.

In addition, Henry co-leads BCG’s Climate & Sustainability work in Marketing, Sales & Pricing for the North America region. This includes working with companies across industries on customer-centric approaches and value creation from sustainability. Henry has supported clients globally, serving international clients in over ten markets including Australia, Canada, India, Indonesia, Mexico, the Philippines, Thailand, the UK, and the US.
