Jo Cooper is the General Manager UK&I at Haleon and a Board Member of PAGB. With more than a decade of senior leadership experience across sales and commercial roles in the consumer healthcare industry, Jo has a proven track record of driving business growth across international markets. She combines strategic vision with a deep understanding of consumer needs to shape Haleon’s vision for delivering consumer-first healthcare.

Previously, Jo served as Head of Commercial Excellence for the EMEA & LATAM regions at Haleon for over three years, leading revenue growth strategy, category management, shopper marketing, and retail partner leadership across its multi-brand portfolio. She also spearheaded the Global Net Revenue Management Acceleration Programme, partnering closely with digital and tech teams to embed new capabilities and deliver measurable commercial gains.
