Kristin Wolf was named Chief Strategy & Growth Officer in March 2026, after serving as the senior vice president of Enterprise Strategy and New Growth since January 2025. In this role, Kristin is responsible for the company’s corporate strategy and corporate development efforts. Kristin is also responsible for building businesses in new growth segments including international expansion, and for the company’s enterprise AI strategy.

Kristin has over two decades of experience in the consumer and retail industries. Since joining Ulta Beauty in 2019, Kristin has held several leadership positions with responsibility for strategy, transformation and innovation. Prior to Ulta Beauty, she served in strategic and operational leadership roles with Tyson Foods and Kraft Foods and was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Kristin currently serves as Vice Chair of the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Foundation and serves on the Executive Board of Chicago Scholars.
