Martino Pessina is CEO of Takko Fashion, a leading European quality fashion discounter with around 18,000 employees and sales of EUR 1.3 billion. He has about 25 years of management experience with major B2C brands in the fashion and jewelry industry, including almost 20 years at H&M. In his last role there, he served as President North America, being responsible for the brand's largest market with sales of over four billion US dollars. Most recently, as Chief Commercial Officer at Pandora, he was overseeing the global omnichannel retail business of the world’s largest jewelry brand. 

In line with the maxim ‘discount with quality’, Martino Pessina is driving forward Takko Fashion's growth strategy. This includes expanding by 300 stores over the next three years, enhancing digital capabilities and strengthening customer relationship management, as well as developing an innovative product range that combines high-quality fashion basics for the whole family with the latest high-street trends. 

He holds a master's degree in business management from Bocconi University in Milan.
