Mary Homer
Mary is a commercially focused CEO and board advisor with extensive PLC, founder-led, and private equity–backed experience across omnichannel Retail, Consumer, and Hospitality. She has a proven international track record of scaling market-leading, customer-obsessed brands and delivering performance ahead of the sector. Most recently, Mary spent seven years as CEO of The White Company, following her role for 11 years as Managing Director of Topshop.
After stepping down from The White Company, Mary has built a portfolio career. She is now Executive Chair of Loaf, Chair of Hydro Ventures, and a Non-Executive Director with Breast Cancer Now and Henley Festival.
Alongside her board work, Mary is a qualified European-accredited coach and works with Senior Leadership teams and individuals to help build dynamic teams and inspiring company cultures. She believes people are an organisation’s most important asset and its greatest source of competitive advantage.
