Patricia Grundmann is Vice President Media & Retail Media at OBI, the German expert in DIY and home & garden, as well as Managing Director of the OBI First Media Group. For more than eight years, she has focused on the topic of Retail Media at OBI, where she has been responsible for building and overseeing the OBI First Media Group and the Retail Media business segment in various roles. Before joining OBI, Grundmann held several positions in retail, including OTTO and moebel.de/ProSiebenSat1. Since September 2022, Patricia Grundmann has also been Chairwoman of the Retail Media Circle within the BVDW. In January 2026, Grundmann was re-elected Deputy Chairwoman of the Retail Media Committee of IAB Europe.
