Petra Scharner-Wolff
Petra Scharner-Wolff, born 1971 in Göttingen, has been Chair of the Executive Board of the Otto Group since March 1, 2025.
Previously, from June 1, 2015, to February 28, 2025, Petra was responsible for Finance, Controlling, and Human Resources on the Executive Board of the Otto Group.
After completing a degree in business management at the University of Göttingen, Petra joined the Nymphenburg Group in Munich as a management consultant in 1995.
In 1999, Petra moved to controlling at the Otto Group in Hamburg, where she was appointed Vice President of Group Controlling Affiliates in 2002 with global responsibility for controlling at all Group companies.
Petra joined the Executive Board of the Schwab Group in Hanau in 2007, becoming spokesperson of the Executive Board on July 1, 2009. Responsible for the Planning and Controlling, Finance and Accounting, IT, Stock Management, and Technology as well as HR divisions, Petra drove the successful establishment of the Sheego fashion concept.
Petra moved back to Hamburg as a member of the OTTO Executive Board in 2012, where she took charge of HR, Controlling, and IT.
