Richard Butler is the Vice President of North America stores, Training and Visual Merchandising at Coach. Richard joined Coach in July 2006 as District Manager of the Las Vegas/Phoenix District. Following his role as District Manger, Richard relocated to Dallas, Texas in 2016 as the Regional Director for the Central Region. Richard assumed his current role of VP of NA Stores, Training and VM in 2023.
Prior to joining Tapestry, Inc., Richard spent fifteen years at Gap Inc. where he held various roles in leading field teams, strategic operations, and training. Richard received a B.A. from the University of Utah in 1991.
