Tom Faitak leads automation and innovation efforts within the Walmart U.S. Central Operations group. As part of his role, he is leading the evaluation and deployment of Electronic Shelf Labels as well as other Connected Store capabilities utilizing a wide range of innovative tools. Over a long and successful career, Tom has enjoyed leadership roles in diverse organizations ranging from Finance to Charitable Fundraising, he resides in Fayetteville, AR, USA with his wife and son and in his spare time enjoys hiking and canoeing.
