Tony Garrison is Executive Vice President of Bath & Body Works International, where he leads the brand’s global expansion strategy across franchise and alternative distribution channels. He oversees international growth with a focus on scaling a $1B+ global business, strengthening partner ecosystems, and extending the brand into new markets and channels worldwide.
A proven global operator and brand builder, Tony is known for translating strategy into disciplined, profitable growth. His leadership spans commercial expansion, operating model design, and cross-market execution—balancing brand integrity with local relevance. He has played a central role in positioning international as a core growth engine within Bath & Body Works.
Prior to his current role, Tony held senior leadership positions across some of the world’s most recognized consumer brands, including L Brands, Victoria’s Secret Beauty, La Senza Global, and The Walt Disney Company. He began his career at Saks Fifth Avenue and Ralph Lauren, building a foundation in merchandising, brand storytelling, and customer experience.
Tony is widely respected for his ability to build high-performing teams, navigate complex global markets, and drive transformation at scale. He studied International Business and Economics at Boston University.
