Delivery and Collection for small boxes

All small materials delivered to the hotel must be labelled with this delivery form.

If you are planning collection for your items after the event, please make sure all small materials are labelled with this collection form.

Delivery and Collection for large boxes and pallets

All large boxes or pallets must be delivered through loading bay. In order to access the loading bay, the contractors/ couriers must register their vehicles through venue portal prior to their arrival. Click here to download the instructions that you can share with the drivers.

Loading & Unloading

To access the loading bay at Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile, you must register your vehicle on the venue portal.  Once your account has been created and your vehicle has been registered, you will receive a 'LOGIPASS' which will give you access for loading and unloading.

All of the security officers at the venue are first aiders, therefore if you require first aid please contact a member of staff.

All sessions are scanned by World Retail Congress to evaluate their popularity and improve the content of our future events. All data is stored securely in compliance with the new GDPR regulations. 

If the session you attend is sponsored, your details may also be used by that sponsor, so they can contact you via email to share information about their products and services. If you would prefer that your data is not used by a World Retail Congress sponsor, please visit our customer care centre and talk to our team who will ensure that you are opted out.   

Please note that if your badge is scanned by a sponsor elsewhere across the event, they will separately hold your details on their database and may contact you in the future. If you wish for this not to occur, you may ask them not to scan your badge.

Another public Parking is open 24/7 and directly connected to the hotel. The parking entrance is located on 2, Place de la Porte Maillot in front of the Paris Convention Center. Direct access to the hotel via the Convention Center shopping mall.

• Buffet breakfast : 6.30am - 10.30am on weekdays and 7am - 11am on weekends. Reserved for hotel guests only on weekends.  We offer a fruit bar, salad bar, bakery and pastry bar, gluten free items, and more.
• Lunch buffet during weekdays: available from 12pm to 2:30pm,  (39€) - unavailable during weekends.
• A la carte: à la carte menu available on weekdays from 2.30pm to 10pm and on weekends from noon to 10pm.
