Delegates experienced Zalando’s Berlin campus, the innovative heart of Europe’s leading fashion and lifestyle platform. Led by senior executives, they went backstage to explore how Zalando uses AI-powered technologies to innovate for customers, create inspiring and emotional shopping experiences, and build a fully integrated commerce system for brands on and off the platform. The tour included an interactive exchange on the future of online retail.
