(a) By agreeing to participate and/or contribute in writing or otherwise at World Retail Congress (‘The Congress’) you hereby grant us an exclusive worldwide in perpetuity royalty free right and licence to record, broadcast, publicise, publish, publish your name, photograph your participation and any contribution to The Congress and grant all rights including without limitation copyright, performers' propriety rights, moral rights and all consents necessary to enable The Congress to make the fullest use of the participation and/or contribution without payment, liability or acknowledgement to you for commercial purposes for a consideration of any publicity and the notoriety which may occur of participating and/or contributing to The Congress.
(b) You acknowledge and agree that we shall be entitled to edit, copy, adapt or translate your contribution and/or participation at our discretion and you hereby irrevocably waive in favour of us, our assignees and licensees all rights and performers' rights arising under copyright, or similar rights arising under the laws of any jurisdiction.
(c) You acknowledge and understand that The Congress does not undertake to broadcast, exhibit or otherwise exploit your contribution in any way.
(d) This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
