Each participant needs to guarantee their reservation by a valid credit card.
Individual Payment policy
Debit of one-night charge due at D-90, 16th January 2024, the remaining balance will be settled upon guest date check-in.
Cut-off date (Participants block): 21 days prior to arrival.
After this deadline, any reservation will be accepted on request according to the hotel’s availability.
Individual cancellation policy:
For any individual cancellation made after time of reservation, the deposit corresponding to the entire duration of stay nights will be kept as cancellation fees.
During the guest stay, no-show and go-show will be charged to the attendee at 100% of the room rate per night on their credit card.
Room change is possible at one condition that the replacement holds the same duration of stay nights.
