• The rooms are officially booked when the payment is made. 
• Payment in full is required when booking the rooms.
• We encourage our delegates to secure their rooms before 18th March 2024. After this date, the rooms are subject to availability.
• A non-refundable cancellation policy applies when booking a room or multiple rooms. Once payment is made, the hotel won’t be able to proceed with a refund.

Directly connected to the Palais des Congrès, one of the largest conference venues in Paris, this business hotel is close to la Défense, the main business district of Paris. Another public Parking is open 24/7 and directly connected to the hotel. The parking entrance is located on 2, Place de la Porte Maillot in front of the Paris Convention Center. Direct access to the hotel via the Convention Center shopping mall.
