  • The International Association of Department Stores (IADS) was founded by department stores at a pivotal moment of their existence, facing the evolution of their industry. The Association gathers today a group of 12 members across the world, with various sizes or business models, all leaders on their respective markets, which represents more than €31bn cumulated annual turnover, achieved through over 490 department stores with 233,000 associates.

  • The European DIY Retail Association (EDRA) is the voice for the home improvement industry in Europe. It was founded in 2002 by the French (FMB) and German (BHB) DIY retail associations. Today EDRA represents 142 home improvement companies in Europe either through its country associations or as direct members. The Global Home Improvement Network (GHIN) was founded in 2011 following requests from home improvement retailers outside of Europe to join EDRA. Today GHIN represents 221 home improvement companies operating over 33,250 stores in 77 countries, with members’ sales in excess of €330 billion.
